Bringing cycle training to you

Tri Cycle successfully organised four cycle rides for Lisburn City Centre Management as part of Lisburn Bike Week 2010 rounded, off by a biker's breakfast of bacon butties, scones and coffee/tea on Friday 25th June. The four rides attracted nearly 80 cyclists who enjoyed the cycling, the craic and the glorious weather.  Photos of the Lisburn Bike Wheekers taken at the events are on the photo page

The current series of lead cycle rides has now ended.  During the months of July to September we will be organising ad hoc rides, all of which will start and finish at the usual venue - the end of the Lagan towpath at the Lisburn Civic Centre.

THE NEXT CYCLE RIDE WILL BE ON 4th SEPTEMBER AT 10 AM.  APPROXIMATE MILEAGE 40 MILES AND WILL INCLUDE A REFRESHMENT STOP.  Dates for the period from October to December will be announced shortly.

Also note that there are two charity cycle rides for Marie Curie Cancer care.  Downpatrick on the 11th September (30, 50 and 80km) and Limavady on the 25th (10 and 50km)
